- Friday, November 09, 2007 at 21:29:40 (EST)Does anyone out there recall a song that was popular on
FM radio during 1968 - 69 that was more of a Native
American Chant than a rock song. I beleive its name as
sounding like "witchie ty toe". I've been asking around
about it for the past couple years and never recieve an
answer. Help me please. I keep having LSD flashbacks
because of this song. :-)
Thanks.

- Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at 19:01:04 (EST)There was a soul song in the mid to late 1960's whose
title I think was called "Setting him up for the
ripoff". My question is who sang it and what year did
it come out?

iowa, - Monday, September 17, 2007 at 17:30:34 (EDT)Doc, there's a criteria to follow here. Our individual
opinions of what the records sound like have nothing to
do with it. In fact, as far as I'm concerned, there are
400 or 500 songs from 1967 that I like better than "See
Emily Play."
Bruce
- Monday, September 17, 2007 at 17:08:28 (EDT)Are there really 106 better songs in `67 than "See
Emily Play"? I mean really it's much better than that
Top 100 at least

iowa, - Sunday, September 16, 2007 at 22:12:48 (EDT)Morgana, you have no idea what you're talking about.
The term "rock and roll" originated as a different name
for "rhythm and blues." Many early rock and roll
records refer to the music as "rhythm and blues,"
including numerous rockabilly records by white artists
from rural areas.
