My update:

Oh, hell. Would you please just take the numbers off of mine? I cannot really put them in numerical order. Lambert would probably be first most of the time, but it changes. Woman's prerogative...

Many thanks.....!

Hm, expected Stevie and Kennedy a bit higher...Vedder is a surprise for me too...

I'm thinking of doing top 30 because I discovered many great singers and I feel bad when some singer I like is not on my list...

why would you expect Stevie higher ? he's probably my fave musician overall and most respected, but for vocals , i always had the top 2 set in stone.....and Tim Buckley has pwned me insanely......and tate's always been my pick for metal vocals....J Buck and Halford are about equal for me.....same with kennedy and gnecco....and from 11-15 also about even.....

I expected Stevie over Tim and Tate. I mean, I know Tim owned you, but I would never dream you'd have Tate over Stevie (yet you hate power metal vocals  )

yes, it is strange, but I love Queensryche a lot.....I love Warning and I love Mindcrime.....and Tate has just the right amount of resonance for me to like him......the music makes a difference in this case, as does the phrasing which comes due to the music......I'd have Khan in the top 20 also probably, and this is only from listening to parallel minds, 4th legacy and some of the songs you've recommended.....

Tim could actually move up to number 1 if i were to only look at vocals.....Zep and Chains are my fave bands, so its tough to look past that.....Starsailor is the album that has pwned me the most when it comes to vocals...cause I cannot imagine anyone else pulling stuff like that off, especially with those insane tonal changes he puts......Warning is another, love that album vocally......

it's tough to rank em....a month later i'd probably rank em differently.....with the top 2 set in stone still probably....

For me it's the opposite, I love power metal, yet I don't like Tate very much, but that's because I don't like his chest tone that much...
Ah, you should check more Khan, esp the things I recommend!

Queen is my fave band and Freddie is my fave vocalist, I know that's separated because even though Freddie's solo career isn't that good (accept Barcelona album and just a few other songs), it still blows me away because of the vocals... Steve Perry is the prime example of the vocalist I LOVE even though Journey isn't one of my faves bands (still like them very much)...

About insane vocal albums, there are quite a few albums which totally owned me...Innuendo, Barcelona, Keeper Of The Seven Keys Part II, The Fourth Legacy, than Avantastia's Scarecrow where then unknown Sammet and Lande blew me away totally, then all other Avantasia albums, Edguy's Hellfire Club, Bon Jovi's Keep The Faith and of course Greatest Hits Live by Journey...
