Lover, You Should've Come Over has quickly become one of my favorite songs. It's even surpassed Hallelujah, which is no small task. Simply amazing from start to finish, the vocals in particular.

people rave over Hallelujah way too much without giving his other songs a proper listen ....

Dipsoid mentioned Pleasant Street , so here is the definite version of it ....

Tud, Goodbye and Hello is a good place to start it's got some amazing baroque/folk pop. Starsailor is considered one of his best for more avante-folk (I wasn't a big fan of it myself though).

Yousha, I havien't heard that version of Pleasant Street before, the vocal gymnastics there are brilliant, so emotional too. Overall though, I think I prefer the faster pace and instrumentation of the studio version despite the surreal vocals of that live version.

they've both got their appeal I agree, i prefer this version much more cause of the emotion in it basically ... they are both amazing ...

and Tud - yeah , if you want the lighter stuff, Goodbye and Hello is the thing...though I am a big fan of his avante work and Starsailor is possibly a top 15 album for me of all time and a top 5 as far as vocals are concerned ....

both father and son are 2 of the best vocalists ever....and 2 amazing songwriters to top it off .....

So I'm listening to the Legacy Edition of Live at Sin-e, and I must say Buckley's version of Just Like a Woman is mindblowing. He has such an ear for transforming a song and exploring parts of it that the original writer might not even have known were there. I think I prefer Buckley's version by a fair amount, and that says something because I quite enjoy Dylan's original.

Grace is incredible album... The title track, "So Real", "Lover, You Should've Come Over" and "Corpus Christi Carol" among many others are just fantastic!
