Piper, why is "Tonight, Tonight" highest ranked Pumpkins song? Maybe I am missing something, could you explain that to me?
I actually have a new revision coming up in the summer. The changes include "1979" switching with "Tonight, Tonight" as the highest rated Pumpkins song.
These are songs i'm adding in to this revision:
Somebody That I Used to Know - Gotye and Kimbra (#1 hit, massive acclaim, popularity, possible influence)
Tighten Up - The Black Keys (breakthrough hit for one of the most popular alternative rock bands of the 2010's)
Madness - Muse (longest run at #1 of any song in the history of the Billboard Alternative chart)
Little Lion Man - Mumford & Sons (which brought the "indie folk" subgenre into mainstream conciousness, helping it become one of the most popular genres of alternative music today)
Here's what's in danger of being dropped for those songs:
180. Shot by Both Sides - Magazine
190. Hoppípolla - Sigur Ros
191. That's When I Reach for My Revolver - Mission of Burma
192. U-Mass - Pixies
197. She's In Parties - Bauhaus
200. Starlight - Muse
