Settle down kids
I love Tyler the Creator. He's one of my favorite hip hop artists. 0%  0%  [ 0 ]
He's a cool rapper and doesn't afraid of anything 7%  7%  [ 1 ]
I was really into him for awhile but hardly ever listen to him anymore 47%  47%  [ 7 ]
I always thought he was overrated but not really that bad 33%  33%  [ 5 ]
He was overrated and was basically the ICP for hipsters 13%  13%  [ 2 ]
I wanna stab Tyler in his gachtdaym esophagus so he can't rap anymore 0%  0%  [ 0 ]

want to pick the first but i wouldnt go as far as calling him one of my favorite rappers. Ended up picking the second one, even tho doesn't afraid of anything doesn't really sum up my relationship with him or what I find special in him.

So therefore, in my head's voting choice, I have made the ideal option and voted in my internal poll:

"I love Tyler the Creator and I think he's something special"

"nightmare" to me is a masterwork, i wish he did more songs like that. I've always liked the way he projected anger and nastiness but nightmare feels like it's coming from a very emotional and personal source.

"My father called me to tell me he loved me
I'd have a better chance of getting Taylor Swift to fuck me"

Angst and humor blended so ambiguously, rapped over their most melancholic and beautiful beat.

"Nightmare" is definitely one of his better tracks, but I don't listen to him anymore outside of "Yonkers".
