And C3 to F5 seems to be a very comfortable range for him.

... You really think he could pull off the falsetto in The Kiss or Cool Cat? I just don't think he's shown the same facility for singing for extended periods in falsetto, hasn't shown the same versatility in his use of falsetto, and hasn't shown the same range in falsetto.

My Conviction is good, though.

"Killer Queen" doesn't have that much falsetto and it's not high. He could pull it off. It's just songs that are almost entirely in super falsetto like "A Loaded Smile" that he seems to have trouble with. Then again maybe he only had trouble with it live cause he was doing a set almost every night. Should be well rested for Queen. As for "My Conviction" that has a ton of falsetto and I imagine the Hair tour schedule was pretty rough, since there's usually more than one performance per day, but since he was sticking to that camp OTT style all the time it probably made it easier than if he had to drift between a few different styles of singing within the set, like he did on GNT.
