some excellent choices here... if you had the Allman Bros' "Melissa", i'd maybe have voted for it... still, "Julia" it is... over the past few years it's become my favorite beatles song.

Not sure if Berry, The Beach Boys or Mercyful Fate can be considered "classic rock". Unless you really want to broaden the meaning of the term.
You have rockabilly, pop, and heavy metal there.
