Like I said before:

No way should Philosopher be #1, Crystal Mountain should also be lower, and A Moment of Clarity being in the list at all is just ridiculous. If you want a deep cut in there pick something from the first two albums, since the list is lacking in that department anyway. #1 should be either Pull The Plug or Zombie Ritual. I prefer the latter, but most lean toward the former.

Is there really no way of discussing these lists where you actually use sources or something? All the last pages have been "I think that one song should be on the list. I don't have anything particular of substance to back me up, but.. yeah."

JEWEL THRONE! Come on, the triple increase in tempo is just fuckin' mind-blowing.

Also, hell yeah, I was just gonna suggest Into The Crypts Of Rays. What a badass way to start your discography.

You were the one that suggested Visions, I just happened to like it better. Plus it does the same speed increase in Visions anyway.

Visions shifts between two different tempos, slow and fast.
Jewel Throne has three different tempos within the song, and effortlessly goes from mid-pace to fast to REALLY fast, then they bring it back down beautifully. Overall the effect is just incredible.

I see no reason why both cant be included on the list.

Necromantical Screams could move up as well. Truly their most artistically bold song.

I think if any To Mega Therion song should enter the list it should be Dawn of Meggido. What gets removed to make room for both songs in any case?

"Dawn Of Meggido" is epic, should definitely be on there too. Big-time Sabbath influence showing on that one.

I personally would take out "Morbid Tales" and "Procreation" to make room for "Jewel Throne" and "Dawn Of Meggido".

If you want another song from Morbid Tales on there, what about "Nocturnal Fear"?

I actually "re-discovered" Procreation and it's my second favorite song on the whole album, no way is it leaving.

I'd also rather have Visions on the list than Nocturnal Fear.

If someone was new to the Frost, those are definitely the tunes that I would recommend.

"Procreation" is cool I guess, I just love it when they go psycho fast in "Nocturnal Fear".

Also I think the original version of Circle Of Tyrants (from Morbid Tales) is better than the one from To Mega Therion.
It just has a little more 'oomph' to it...dont know how to describe it, but the kick drums have SUCH an incredible sound, and those 'evil' vocals in the beginning sound even better imo.
I know it's subjective, but what do you think?

I've read someone complain that the original version of Circle was better because the female voice ruins the atmosphere of the song (and by extension the rest of To Mega Therion), but I laugh that off as elitism gone too far. The album version stays.

I also love how fast they go in Nocturnal Fear, but I just can't take any of the songs off for it.
