Have you ever seen the movie Full Metal Jacket? It's a quote from that.

Actually, I haven't. Gotta watch it someday. :ninja:

Full Metal Jacket is an absolute classic. Not only hilarious but very thought-provoking as well...

Now, they say the 3rd time's the charm, so...

Ok I'll play. 8.5/10 for me. I actually first heard this track when I bought some cheap ass Clapton compilation for a few $ over 10 years ago and this was one of the (few) good tracks actually on there (I wonder if shops still sell these weird unofficial or semi-official compilation stuff...) I loved the rhythmical/double stops lead playing by EC then and I do now. Nice groove he has going on for him here. The song itself does nothing for me though.

Ok, here's a good one from Tommy Bolin

Daaaaamn, those licks! I have no problem giving that a 9/10. It's getting to the point where every time you post something, I know it's gonna be good.
Bolin was incredible.

Damn I love fusion. Coryell is wicked here.

That was some wicked shit right there! 8/10 The definition of "strange, but in a good way".

Godly soloing from Garcia toward the end.
