I'll assume you meant Exile on Main Street instead of Goat's (which you can include, of course, it's good) and vote for the Stones. Then, Bob Dylan comes close. Not so crazy about the rest, would have been tougher to me if Floyd and Sabbath had been here.

I think Primal Scream have been extremely consistent post-Screamadelica. Give Out but Don't Give Up is a bit weaker than Screamadelica, but definitely has some awesome moments in it too. Vanishing Point and XTRMNTR are fantastic follow ups.

Oh, and Massive Attack: from Blue Lines to Mezzanine, releasing three classic albums in a row. Impressive as fuck, but also sounds awesome.

Yo la tengo's great releases could span from Painful to Popular Songs as far as I'm concerned.
