 Goddamn, man. Finish shows you've already started.

By the way, there are 8 seasons of Entourage and 96 episodes.

where's the best place to watch most good shows for free that aren't on netflix for instant viewing?

http://www.1channel.ch/?tv

just search for the show you want and then use the putlocker/novamov/megavideo links, pretty much everythings on there and in good quality. I've re-watched various episodes of Community, Parks and Rec and Entourage on there.

Done some solid viewing these past few weeks: Finished off Season 1 of The Wire and plowed through Season 1 of Curb Your Enthusiasm, Six Feet Under, Arrested Development, Oz, Mad Men, Whose Line? (US), Dexter and Louie and Seasons 1-3 of Breaking Bad (thanks for bringing up tvblinkx Quinn!). Currently got Season 1 of Scrubs and Treme and S02E05-E12 of The Wire lined up. Hopefully planning to chow down on the rest of BBS4 (E02-E13) and get through S1 of the Sopranos and S3 of the Wire within the next fortnight.

So the rest of BBS4 is out of bounds (broadband is out) and Treme is gone (interesting show but way, way too slow-paced) and I've done Wire S2 and Scrubs S1. Also finished off the last couple of episodes of Oz S1, and god it's probably my favourite show. Amazing. Gonna get through Wire S3 this week.
And on a related note: Fuck NZ. There is no place in the country that has a copy of ANY Oz season past #2, and a whole fucking bunch of other stuff is missing as well. Srsly.

Anyone ever watched Angry Boys? Only just started but its pretty good so far. I'm feeling a lot of Mr. G's mannerisms seep into other characters of his but damn, he gets characters down so so well. Summer Heights High had some of the best comedic social commentary I've ever seen

Yeah, Summer Heights High was one of my all-time favourites too; it's a shame it never really made it to America and Europe (as far as I'm aware). Angry Boys seemed kind of hit or miss for me. Christ Lilley is so talented, but the first season seemed a bit like he was trying too hard and was missing the subtleties that made his other endeavours so good. Maybe I just need to watch it again...he absolutely nails the African-American rapper and the washed-up surfer guy though (no pun intended) and he's so clever at pushing the boundaries without going too far or being too crude.

American Psycho remake. WHY.

(Bret Easton Ellis himself has confirmed it on his twitter D:) So apparently they want to make a more contemporary version... wtf. American Psycho wasn't made that long ago, the main actor is still thriving and it's well known, critically acclaimed... And more to the point, it's satire of the '80's self-absorption and excess. It's meant to embody that era...so looks like a disaster waiting to happen. Hollywood certainly seems to be running out of ideas.
