Saw Annihilator last night, for the first time. Quite disappointed in the setlist, but the concert kicked insane amounts of ass. Jeff Waters was on fire, high five'ing the audience every chance he had and nailing everything. You can say what you want about Padden too, but he can definately do his shit live. The screaming and clean singing was all done high class, while playing fairly technical riffs. Too bad the new stuff they make isn't all that.

I don't think I'd want to see a band like Annihilator. You'd have to sift through so much of their new crap to get anything decent.

I've kiiinda given up on new Annihilator. Untill I stumble over a decent review or accidentally hear something I like, I most likely won't check out the stuff they put out. Fortunately, I'm fond enough of Alice in Hell, Never Neverland, Set the World on Fire and Carnival Diablos (King of the Kill to a certain degree, too), so it doesn't bother me too much. He played nothing from Carnival, though, which bothered me a bit, apart from using "Hunter Killer" as the intro and some random "Chicken and Korn" in between two songs.

Do we all agree that Vh1 That Metal Show sucks?
