I agree, Brett, and for the same reasons, I also disagree with Motley Crue, REO Speedwagon, and especially Bryan Adams being ahead of Hall & Oates.

How do they actually rate on the breakdown of the criteria in comparison?

I would say none of the artists I mentioned score much in anything besides popularity, and that Hall & Oates beats all of them in popularity.
