I preferred GTA IV, it was less repetitive.
I did love the combat in Red Dead (and thoroughly enjoyed the game overall too), and it certainly did feel pretty new at points.

I prefer the gameplay and physics in GTA IV, but there's far more to do in GTA IV.

currenly playing red dead redemption on the xbox 360 .... and its probably the 2nd best game ive played on it after mass effect 2.... not done with the story yet, have just got back my family and am apparently teaching my son how to herd cows and shoot wolves :roll:

anyone played Alan Wake ?? that was a pretty cool and unique game IMO....

All these sandbox games are really starting to run together and are becoming more and more forgettable with each one that is released.

And you probably tell from my avatar what Zelda I enjoy the most. But Twilight, Ocarina, Majora, Link to the Past are all incredible. I also enjoyed Ages and Seasons quite a bit, as a kid.

Just finished Red Dead and it was pretty swell! Great gameplay, story, and took me a good while to finish, where as I'm worried Fable III will take me a day or two. Started playing GTA IV a bit too and it's okay, cars handle a lot worse than in the other games and your health seems to drain pretty quickly though...

okay Sir, this is really freaky...even I finished Red dead today just a couple hours or so, am waiting for fable 3 and was about to start GTA IV :metal:

I also realized how much of a goody 2 shoes i am....in 1 stranger mission where im tricked by this chick into a killing an innocent dude, i actually felt kinda hollow inside....i also hated how John was killed, and the scene with Jack standing over both John and Abi's graves was absolutely classic, i think i had tears in my eyes at that.....

I actually gasped out loud at John's death, most tragic death in a game since... Mike in Resident Evil 4. Only question is - where's Rufus? :what?:

yeah, i was wondering too...wasnt in the ranch when Jack went back there.....

we need a freaking sequel to this game....along with Fable Lost Chapters and Mass Effect 2 , probably my fave game......Alan Wake was pretty sweet too , with 1 of the best and most uniquely imaginative stories ever....though a pathetic ending....

Halo: Reach firefight can be amazingly fun. Because I don't really like a challenge, I put infinite ammo on and infinite equipment use. Then just hover above all the enemies with the jetpack and pwn them with whatever weapon you can get your hands on.
