My view is that Dylan mops the Stones everywhere but commercial impact.

Dylan's sixties work is more highly praised than the Stones' was. Their best album wasn't even from the sixties.

Commercial Impact: Is this merely who had more commercial hits? Both Dylan and The Stones had a TON. How is this determined?

Influence: If it's just influence within the 1960's, I'd say Dylan.

Musical Impact: Acclaim from other musicians, right? Both are huge here. Tie.

Cultural Impact: Dylan by far.

I think commercial impact is probably just how much you are selling. And I would say Dylan is gonna take musical impact, though it doesn't matter because he wins pretty obviously.

Not sure if Elvis needs to be quite that high.
Most of the decade he was making cheesy Hollywood movie soundtracks.
1960 saw the release of one of his best albums, and of course the comeback during 1968/69 was mind-blowing. But there just isn't enough there to warrant him such a high position overall, imo.

It made me sick when he got so much attention for getting drafted in the war, everyone calling him a war hero. He didn't do shit over sea's.
