just wondering why Avenged Sevenfold isn't being mentioned.

some of their early stuff was some of the best metal i've heard.

their albums sounding the seventh trumpet and waking the fallen have some very good metal on them.
on waking the fallen the song unholy confessions is pretty good.

and if slipknot deserves to be that high on the list i think that a7x deserves to be on there.

Because they have no impact or influence and are rip off of every other popular metal band around right now. They all so suck, but that's beside the point.

I don't hate any band as much as I hate Avenged Sevenfold.
I suppose if you had Justin Bieber collaborate with Rebecca Black and Katy Perry you'd have something that comes close.

I hate seeing Slipknot that high .... sure they influenced Nu metal , but by that logic, even Limp Bizkit should probably get a spot ....

I don't like seeing Slipknot above Immortal, Neurosis, Darkthrone and Entombed either, but what are you gonna do?

i'm not in this forum too often, but most of the time, people in these sort of forums really, and i mean REALLY, dont like underoath.

but i feel like its wrong not having them on this list. their influence and popularity is EXCEEDINGLY high in the realm of modern day hardcore music. hell they practically invented the genre. bands like a day to remember, attila, bring me the horizan, the word alive, would not even be here if underoath didnt exist. a lot of people in these highly intellectual music forums would be smart asses and be like "good they all suck anyway". but my personal oppinion out of it all, this band has influenced all these bands on an EXTREMELY high level and the bands listed are EXTREMELY famous as well.
