I *love* the Sentimenal Hygiene album, and "Boom Boom Mancini" is one of my favorite cuts on it...but on the criteria, I can't see how it could possibly be considered his third greatest song. It wasn't particularly successful and I'm not sure what other influence or importance it has. Also, if anything I'd move "Excitable Boy" up, not out.

Honestly, I think the current version is better. If anything I would swap "Excitable Boy" with "A Certain Girl" and maybe add "Keep Me In Your Heart" in place of something like "Play It All Night Long".

8. I Want To Break Free
9. Radio Gaga
10. Innuendo

I honestly think "Don't Stop Me Now" could be on here. It's got a lot of popularity, especially recently, and a decent amount of cultural impact. It could replace "Radio Gaga", which, in my opinion, doesn't really have any reason of being there.

I agree with Deany. I'd put Innuendo a bit higher and "Don't Stop Me Now" after that.

Innuendo > Radio GaGa > I Want to Break Free IMO

To make up for "I Want To Break Free" (I dunno why it's on here), I propose we split up #2.

It's a good start, but I'd think it would be better along the lines of:

1. Werewolves of London
2. Roland the Headless Thompson Gunner
3. Poor, Poor Pitiful Me
4. Lawyers, Guns & Money
5. Keep Me in Your Heart
6. Hit Somebody
7. Reconsider Me
8. Carmelita
9. Excitable Boy
10. A Certain Girl

"A Certain Girl" is his only other Billboard Hot 100 entry aside from "Werewolves", so it should probably stay. "Hit Somebody" is one of his most popular and acclaimed later songs and even has an upcoming film directed by Kevin Smith based on it.

It may have hit the chart, but it didn't fare very well, it's a remake of a remake (based on the Yardbirds' version, I believe) and it hasn't lasted in popularity at all. I'm not totally opposed to it being on there, but I think it's questionable.

I don't agree with "Roland" being above "Lawyers"; the latter is his second most popular song and has some cultural impact as well--it was even the theme song to a television show (Justice). Switch those two and you're in good shape, I'd say.

Crazy Little Thing Called Love has no business on the Queen list, imo.

It was a Billboard #1, one of only two in their career. Enough said.

So for Zevon, something like:

1. Werewolves of London
2. Lawyers, Guns & Money
3. Poor, Poor Pitiful Me
4. Roland the Headless Thompson Gunner
5. Keep Me in Your Heart
6. Hit Somebody
7. Reconsider Me
8. Carmelita
9. Excitable Boy
10. A Certain Girl

Other options for "A Certain Girl"'s spot include: "Play It All Night Long", "Sentimental Hygiene", "Bad Karma", "Run Straight Down", "Leave My Monkey Alone" and "Disorder in the House".

"Disorder in the House" might be the best pick, because it won a Grammy (for Best Rock Song by a Duo or Group with Vocal, the other person the Grammy credits is Bruce Springsteen).

I Want to Break Free is way more well known than Don't Stop Me Now. It was a bigger hit too, if I'm not mistaken.

All I was trying to say was: CLTCL hit the top spot of Billboard and was a UK #2. It's superseded in popularity only by Bo Rhap, WWRY/WATC (which I still think should fall under cultural impact), and Another One Bites The Dust. Its cultural impact is decent, too. Admittedly, I could see it dropping below Killer Queen (Musical Impact) and Somebody to Love (Cultural Impact). Speaking of which, I think Somebody to Love should be top 5. It's had a sort of resurgence as of late, maybe because it was covered by Glee, I dunno.

As a related point, I think Don't Stop Believin' could top the Journey list. I don't know why it wasn't #1 in the first place.

I think Zeppelin's list should look something like this:

1. Stairway to Heaven
2. Kashmir/Whole Lotta Love
3. Whole Lotta Love/Kashmir
4. Dazed and Confused
5. Black Dog
6. Since I've Been Loving You
7. Rock and Roll
8. Immigrant Song
9. No Quarter
10. D'yer Mak'er

And Queen's one Like this:

1. Bohemian Rhapsody
2. We Will Rock You
3. Another One Bites the Dust
4. We Are the Champions
5. Killer Queen
6. The Show Must Go On
7. I Want to Break Free
8. Somebody to Love
9. Radio Ga Ga
10. Innuendo
