What are some TV shows or films that you know are terrible, or maybe just not that good, but you love them anyway.

Some of mine:

Psych
Rush Hour movies
Shanghai Movies (Owen Wilson and Jackie Chan)

Movies I don't think are terrible but understand why most people would think they are terrible so I'm kind of ashamed to like them:
Trash
Flesh
Buffalo '66
Hard Candy

Movies I think are terrible which I am ashamed to like but like anyway:
The Honeymoon Killers
Irreversible
Black Snake Moan

I kind of liked Hard Candy, Dreww. Have you ever seen Peacock? I may have asked you that before but it stars Ellen Page and Cillian Murphy. It's really weird in a sense but also very intriguing. That's also another movie that I could see most people not liking because of how out-there it is, but I really liked it.

i have a soft spot for blockbuster action movies (see Hot Fuzz for details on this character trait)... any 90s blockbuster with Bruce Willis, Nic Cage, or Will Smith for example. its especially true for ensemble action movies like Con Air, Armageddon, and Independence Day.

also, Freddy Got Fingered remains one of my favorite movies of all time.

oh, and there are a couple of really underrated movies that i feel the need to defend, even though they weren't really hated, just kind of ignored. The Woodsman to some extent, Varsity Blues, Jarhead among film buffs, Cable Guy...

There's something about Swordfish that I like.
I also very much enjoy Rush Hour 1&2 but I wouldn't consider them guilty pleasures, just straight pleasures.

TV....ah, jebus...first...my soap opera Days of Our Lives. I can't believe I admitted to that. But I have watched it since I was six years old. First with my mom....now I have my daughter hooked on it. Family tradition.
Maury Povich  ..specifically the "who's the daddy" ones. BTW...I am not a stay-at-home, sit on the couch type. Work in the medical field, supervise a staff of 15. I have to work hard at keeping up with these two shows!!!

Other not so hard to admit TV shows:
Fringe
Grey's Anatomy
Sons of Anarchy
True Blood
Haven
Dexter
Also sorta like the new one...The Event.

I watched Lost from the first to the last show.

Movies? Julia Roberts, Tom Hanks, Robert Redford movies. My favorites on repeat are "Sleeping with the Enemy", "Forrest Gump". and "The Way We Were".

On the flip side, I like bank heist movies. Really liked Ocean 11 with George Clooney.

Other faves...Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and Crash, and almost ALL Jim Carrey movies.

Whew....I feel better, like I've been to confession or something!

i was gonna put Scrooged too, but I refrained from fresh rt ratings and it has a surprisingly high rating. I really do think it's a good movie.

Good call on the air up there. Pretty much every sports movie I usually end up liking no matter how bad. Like my friends were talking about Oliver Stone films and they brought up how horrible Any Given Sunday was but I actually like that movie.

damn just remembered Blue Chips
