Lew just informed my that he's appointed ariel as the new moderator of the Bass forum. Congratulations ariel, I know you'll keep up the tradition established by some of the previous mods and do a terrific job in reactivating some serious and enjoyable discussions.

Coming from you, this means a hell of a lot man. Time to make the best damn lists on the site. (Which isn't to say becoming mod gives me godlike list-making powers in terms of insight or anything like that, it just gives us in the bass forum a way to update the lists mechanically). Cheers!

Now we need to encourage some of the DDD forum regulars to get involved in the bass forum so guys like you and ssoyd and me and the other bass forum participants can enjoy an interesting and educational discussion and debate.
