Surely Ramble On should be higher?

I wonder what you guys think of the Beatles "Think Of Yourself". Unlike "My Generation" this whole track uses the bass the "fuzz bass" as a lead instrument instead of parts of it. Not only that it completely reverses what the bass usually does by having two basses one fuzz and one regular in tone and putting the electric guitar in the background. This is bass track first and foremost. The only question is it a riff because it actually acts like a guitar riff or a bassline?
