So, is everyone else in agreeance that Rodney Mullen's the best skater ever (as well as being one of the greatest athletes, IMO)? These videos are ridiculous:

I always played as Rodney Mullen on the Tony Hawk Pro Skater games. And his unlockable vids were the shit. Chris Cole is my dude too.

Mullen and Song. Gods amongst men. Quinn, look at some Song vids, he has even better stuff than what he features on the mullen v song videos.

And yeah, i definitely consider them atheletes, and think Mullen is the best at Street. Love Burnquist and PLG on Vert. Fuck that redhead. There is almost no technical ability in his tricks, just big air. And the nigga doesn't even do Big Air Vert in the x Games.

The Tony Hawk soundtracks really were some of the best. Such a good variety of music. Probably my favourite soundtracks to any game.

Similar to the Sports thread in the general polls. Is skateboarding, and to another extent snowboarding and rollerblading (YASUTOKU BROTHERS!) an artform?

Yeah, I'm in agreeance. It also seems like a far less competitive 'sport' in comparison to others, kind of similar to dance in a way. Much more solitary and more concerned with bettering yourself, I guess.

How would you define an artform? Yeah, the awful question comes out.
