College: Purdue and Michigan

I don't really have a soccer team other than the USA in international competitions. When I'm in Singapore, my local team is the Lions XII in the M-League, so if there's one club I'm interested in, it's that. As a Beatles fan I feel like I ought to root for Everton or Liverpool in the EPL, but I'm not totally sure which.

yeah that's me too, though i have a soft spot for spurs and newcastle for different reasons and i was so glad city won last season for various reasons again. i know Man U has a massive following but most of it is bandwagon fans and simply their success over the last 20 years, so most of it is fake following, they'd drop off like flies if they had a few years of mediocrity.

I'd say ManCity's support is far more bandwagoning than ManUtd's. Amazing how much their support has suddenly grown in recent times because they've just had hundreds of millions of pounds pumped into them. ManCity represent a hell of a lot more of bandwagoning, bourgeois elitism and general lack of ethics than ManUtd do.
