Yo Monga, was it as boring watching your offense against Garcia as it was for me seeing the Cards try to hit Bumgarner? At least until the 7th. David Freese says sup

I was there and yes it was. And seeing the crowd be something like 30-40% red was infuriating. But congratulations, you beat the fucking Fresno Grizzlies LOLineup but good.

David Wright is quietly having a monster season. .402/.497/.598 and by far and away the best 3B in MLB so far this year.

You're telling me. I think 2/3rds of the Rangers losses are by 1 run. Rangers barely loss because Holland decided to have one of his random shit games. Oh and Elvis Andrus almost escaped a run-down after Carlos Lee happened to have his fat ass standing in the right play and got Hamilton out but just got barely tagged on the foot by a diving Myers. It was ridiculously impressive to watch him in the run down which was actually pretty well executed.

Berkman likely out for year, pretty bummed :/ obviously I was expecting a few more PAs than 49 this year, fuck! whatever. It was cool to see him be really successful in STL and sorta revive his career, and he played a big role in the Cards winning the WS last year. So long Fat Elvis/Big Puma!

edit well i guess the ACL isn't torn, waiting for a second 'pinion. i'm already resigned to the idea of not getting anything out of him anyway. we'll see. With Craig out too, hopefully big Fatt Matt Adams can mash in their absence.

Man Darvish had great stuff tonight just weirdly bizarre lapses in control (not to mention pretty much all of the hits he gave up were of the bullshit variety including the Ichiro triple where the ball got stuck under fucking padding). In any case the local fox affiliate showed most of the game with no commercials. Was really weird.

Shit. Mariners won a few games. Makes me tempted to tune in next time. But history shows this is most likely just a fluke.

Can't watch the video in the US, but based on the title at first I thought it was the Giants fan in Milwaukee who caught two foul balls in the first inning, until I saw that a Reds fan caught two homers in the same inning on the same night.

I mean I know that place is a bandbox but still dayumn.

yes it was the reds fan who caught back to back homers , had one ball in his hand the next hit was in the exact same spot and he somehow caught it one handed after someone else dropped it, i'll try and find another link.

Fuck Feliz is out until about the all star break. Really don't want to bull Ogando out of his role as uber bullpen clean up man but I don't think I can stomach Feldman as a fifth starter.
