I've not seen many worse Premier League players than Gabriel Obertan. Diabolical.

Two minutes of injury time at the end of the first half, five at the end of the second. No goals and only four substitutions in the second half before five minutes were added on. I call bullshit.

Typical Arsenal, scoring the winner in injury time. I thought Newcastle had snatched a point, although to be fair they have deserved it and i just hope they play as well when they play Man.City. Arsenal are going to snatch third place. :banghead:

There can't be a better way to beat your rivals than a 94th minute winner

That was a great matchup over two legs. I have a big soft spot for this Napoli squad, but it was refreshing to see a balanced, competitive and intense fixture like that.

I think if Napoli can improve their defense (get rid of Aronica ASAP) and hold on to Cavani, they will be contenders in Europe for a while.

It must feel nice to be England's last hope in the UCL!

Poor AVB.

Just watched the Athletico Bilbao vs Manchester United, the only positive United can take out of that is the fact they only lost 2-1 on the night. Bilbao proved tonight that last weeks result at Old Trafford was no fluke and that Sir Alex Ferguson needs to look at rebuilding the United squad in the summer as they falling behind the Elite of European football.

bilbao played great football, they should have scored that first chance they had around the 13 minute mark.

gotta love the basque crowd all standing and applauding rooney's strike for a good minute. sportsmanship.

this bilbao team can take on anyone at this point - the way they've dismantled united will be remembered.

Agree with everything you said here Bilbao are fantastic and i hope they win the Europa League now, if they play like they did tonight they will win it, they are a much better side than i gave them credit for when the draw came out.

I know, i thought he had rescued Man. City at the end. At least Man. City put up a fight unlike Man. Utd, the comeback on the night from 2-0 down might just give them confidence in the title race.

They'll need to be bloody good to beat Ath Madrid, I have been following them since they played Celtic back in September. They have one helluva player there in No7 Adrian, if he's still at Madrid after the summer i'll be suprised.
