Only 5 eps in, but this show is money. I almost died during this scene:

I've only seen Season 1, but I absolutely loved it and it was my favorite of David Lynch's works. It's just so fantastic. The music, the settings, the cinematography, the visual beauty of it, the characters, the story... I don't think there's a single aspect of the show I would call a flaw.

Season 2 is great as well. The show becomes much stranger. It seems like many people much prefer Season 1, and about 3/4 into Season 2 there are some very mediocre episodes. Fortunately, I thought the rest of the season was great, and those few bad episodes never affected how I feel about the show in any way.

Yeah, season one is untouchable, but season two is so satisfying in its weirdness...the last episode is especially fantastic. Possibly my favorite show.

I didn't want to stop watching, actually, but my local DVD store only had season 1 for sale. I was pretty pissed off, really, especially when they said they wouldn't be getting it either.

I ended up getting season 2 off the Internet, but a lot of time had passed since having seen season 1, so I didn't remember many details of the story, but I plan on re-seeing Season 1 and see Season 2 afterwards.

Season 1 was more than enough to make me shit myself in awe, though.

Yeah I just downloaded them, also had the movie in it as well. I watched maybe half of the movie before I stopped watching it, pretty bad. Season 2 has a few pointless (or it seems) episodes, but still very good.

The finale was the most ridiculous thing I've ever watched. It was awesome.

I was pretty mesmerized by the soundtrack. I felt compelled to mash up the theme song with "Tipsy" by J Kwon

Unrelated to this thread but....from which film did you get that gif of Buster Keaton?

Just finished it. Loved it. The last episode was so Lynch, especially the bank scene. You could totally see the long shot of the old man walking to get Audrey a glass of water out of context and know you were watching Lynch.

I like how unsatisfactory it was too, because it's a soap opera, any attempt at wrapping up these ridiculous plot lines would be even less satisfying than a weird-for-the-sake-of-weird ending.
