This deserves its own thread. Would be sweet if we could get pave to move the posts about this show from the general thread into this one, but probably not going to happen.

This season is exceptionally strong so far and I echo awesome's comment that it is the funniest thing on tv right now. I would say last night's episode was the first so far that wasn't totally perfect, but it was still amazing.

Is it another comedy that started out weak? I watched the first two episodes and didn't enjoy it.

My feeling about the first season as a whole was extremely positive though the first episode is the worst. I don't think of it as being off to an incredibly weak start, but it definitely gets better fast. Every episode this season has been very funny imo.

Not always trustworthy, but:

I feel like if you flat out didn't like the first two episodes, you're not gonna like the rest. It does get better and better (if you ask me, the latest episode was their best yet), but it's still the same characters and humor.

That said though, watch the third episode cause it's one of my favs

For real? Ep 4 I can understand if that's what you mean because it's maybe my second favorite, but last night's (ep 5) I thought was just above average.

Show rules and I've been trying to get every friend to watch it. Comedy Central has been killing it lately with this, Nathan For You, Review, Kroll Show, Key & Peele, Amy Schumer, Drunk History, etc etc

I used to consider cringe comedy my main thing but sometimes Nathan For You is too much even for me. Sometimes I just have to pause it and pace around the room it makes me so uncomfortable. It's definitely brilliant though. Also this is the breaking point for Kroll Show recs, so I'll have to get on that.

Yeah Kroll Show is great but if you aren't already familiar with the characters from his stand-up and Comedy Bang Bang and whatnot, it'll take a few episodes to get into. So many great comedians on that show though—Jenny Slate, John Mulaney, Jon Daly, Adam Pally, Jason Mantzoukas, Ron Funches, Bill Burr. And those are just the (semi) regulars. Tons of guest bits too.

Loved the scene with the Lady Gaga song. Totally know that feeling.

I watched this show and feels like a female version of Workaholics in a way. Funny but a dumb kind of funny.

This is far from the funniest or best one but I like it for how it abstractly illustrates how the two distinct voices of the girls complement each other.

Really thought last night's episode got off to a great start but then quickly destroyed itself. Let's hope that doesn't happen again. Though maybe people disagree in the first place.

That was funny and cool. I like how the songs combined when they met.
