Finally started watching this show.

Nah, not even close. I mean it's a legitimately great show, obviously. But Breaking Bad is essentially perfect while Mad Men does have the occasional misstep (i.e. forced-seeming references to offscreen world-historical events, or the Don's Journal episode from last season). So yeah being not-perfect means Mad Men has to settle for being merely the 5th best drama ever to air.
