Obviously pave is going to know far more about this subject than I, but I hoped to get some discussion started. I tried to be generous with the tiers. I almost italisized Richard III, but thought that, as far as film career goes, Gods and Monsters is his absolute defining performance.

i'll also throw on here all the stage plays that have been released on video/dvd. Macbeth being the most important imo.

Yeah I'll let you take care of that. I tried sifting through IMDB, but it becomes really tasking to try and differentiate television works from broadcasted theatrical performances.

I'm also unsure about these British serial anthologies: are they counted as part of a TV series, or as stand alone movies?
