The dude is definitely good no doubt and he did nail the tremolo bar stuff but it still feels like someone covering vai as opposed to vai actually playing, something about his vibrato and his touch. To Soda, the guy does have his own stuff http://www.youtube.com/user/CesarHuescaMusic
some tremolo parts he couldnt nail and also basically all of the hard sweeps. anyone know who plays on the 'in session with steve vai' tracks? that guy nails everything

Love this, and don't worry people, Mayall in the title is a little misleading - he's just in the background which is a merciful relief, offending only mildy with his choice of attire.

also awesome. Albert King + Mick Taylor = Blues gold.

Officially (according to me) the single worst, funniest and cringeworthy version of 'Comfortably Numb' the world has ever seen. If you do nothing else today, watch this and wait for the mighty Gilmouresque solos !

waddya say echoes? shouldn't he be in the top 100?

that guy vs van halen

influence: that guy (hey, he received applause - sarcastic as it was - at the end, so must get points)
originality: that guy (never heard anyone play that badly, he's certainly unique... his rhythm playing is completely out of sync with the rest of the band, nobody bends as out-of-tune as he does, etc... a true original)
creativity: that guy (wow, not even close, just within the span of his solo he obliterates everything van halen even accomplished)
versatility: van halen (okay i'll budge... but just barely)
technique: that guy (come on... it's obvious to anyone who appreciates all the finer aspects of guitar playing)
