I'm surprised that you didn't include "The End" there, awesome rock soloing in that song!

And here is an incredible guitar video covering many of The Beatles' best guitar songs!

i like your list. #10 how about "and your bird can sing" with the clever dual lead guitar work. for a close 2nd I like "she said she said" or "everybody's got something to hide". Did you put "something" up there because of really good guitar solo?

The dual lead guitar of And your Bird can Sing is awesome (Hendrix try to did something similar). She Said She Said is one of the main reasons I want Lennon and Harrison to be put together, IMO they were the best guitar team ever. On Everybody's Got Something to Hide they play some great hard rock. So yes, the 3 songs will be included on the top 25.

well with your first 9 songs...what do you think about these next 16 choices of mine. no part. order

sgt peppers....hendrix played the song live the day it came out...nuff said
birthday.........da da da da da da da...opening riff everyone knows, then segways into chorus
yer blues.......acid rock/blues tone...haunting solo...just love how it so honestly captures lennons demons at that time
blackbird.......great instrumental showing why mac is so good on guitar
within you without you....was this georges first explore into sitar?
doctor robert....great repeating riff
come together....aerosmith covered, how can not be on list, right?
i me mine....love the power chorus george does on guitar
ive got a feeling....is it me...or when i hear when maca screams the chorus and john or george? does that descending bend note at end of chorus...i always hear where cobain, a self described beatles fan...would have borrowed that mellow verse into heavy power chorus concept so many times...like heart shaped box.
everybodys got something to hide....no words necessary to describe this one
and your bird can sing....dual guitar work just great
dear prudence...haunting and by virtue of leslie west covering this song so beautifully
drive my car....a maca guitar groove, never get tired of listeneing to it
i call your name....old school beatles killer groove
in my life...mellow but intro is superb and chord changes are great. i read where lennon said that he was challenged to write a song that transcended adolescent lyrics about girls. this song and rubber soul impetus that changed beatles and music world.

Great list. I agree with all your comments, specially the one about In My Life.

This song also captures Lennon demons. (Guitars by Lennon and Clapton)

BTW, I can see that you are a huge fan of The White Album. The other day I was listening to that album and there is a song that sounds like The White Stripes. Do you know what song I´m talking about?

I wonder why people here says that Lennon is not influential at all as a guitarist:
