Pretty atmospheric, although not as much lead playing as I expected. Still a good listen and I can imagine it worked great in the context of the movie. 6.5/10

Damn that was great! Tasteful, precise, never a wasted note. Knopfler for the top 20 live guitarists! 5/5 for sure.

-Early face-melting from Maiden-

Knopfler is a beast! His playing is always extremely tasteful and his a master when it comes to live playing.

Transylvania is intense! I've never heard the song before so I didn't know it's an instrumental. Smith's playing is hot and his Les Paul sounds amazing, it's a shame he doesn't use it that often. 8.5/10

Now I'll post another one from Knopfler:

You hadnt heard Transylvania before??!

Do yourself a favor and check out the first two Maiden albums.
Just because Bruce doesn't sing on them don't mean they aren't incredible.

4.5/5. Awesome, I love that kind of exquisite, tasteful playing. He's so great live!

A great song, I liked it very much. The solo was pretty good, although not that mindblowing. 7.5/10

Not bad, just your typical 'white blues' kind of thing. Not much really outstanding there, imo.
6/10.

This is probably my first fusion track, and it is quite good. His tone is beautiful, but there is also a fair amount of overplaying. Still, I enjoyed it. 8/10

Luv it !!

Accept are a little bit of a metal cliche sometimes, but Wolf is a very fine player indeed

Try this - Its from Yes guitarist Trevor Rabin's solo album. Its a bit 80's, but the outro solo is excellent and has always reminded me of Comfortably Numb - This loves being played loud. There is a version of this on his live from LA album, but its played at a slower tempo and I dont like it as much. (although the solo is excellent there as well)

I'm not that familiar with Accept save for their 2010 album which I thought was great, full of great, raw, heavy metal with fat riffs...but that ballad is what amazed me the most, the soloing is incredible.

This is some great stuff, Seeker, I can hear the CN refference, it does have a similar atmosphere. Never heard anything by Rabin before, so I might look into his stuff a bit more. If I were to rate it, I'd give it a good 8.5/10

I know who loved Jeff is here, but never heard anyone mention this tune:
