Didn't you post the godawful Berlin 1980 Stairway version in the greatest solo thread? You make no sense whatsoever.

Yes, you are the only one.
The version on TSRTS is the ultimate.

Not for me, though I think that Comfortably Numb PULSE surpasses both.

I love how Page changed it around on the TSRTS version. I dont think he gets enough credit for his improv. Not quite on level with Clapton or Allman, but very damn good.

Don't you like CN Pulse version?

Yes. I love Gilmour's playing. I just think you overrate him a little.

I? Page is a better guitarist than Gilmour, but please don't compare them with live performances. Gilmour was master at that. If you don't believe, compare this solo with the Delicate sound of Thunder version of CN.

All preference. Gilmour is kinda limited but makes up for it with sheer passion, brilliant tone and phrasing.

I understood, you don't like that Gilmour doesn't improvise every time he plays solos, but listen to this:

Regardless of the fact that his is my second-favorite guitarist, I hate them  Are you joking? I adore Clapton.

Though I hate Page's sloppy playing in Stairway to Heaven TSRST.

There's nothing sloppy about the Stairway solo from TSRTS. And wtf are you posting shitty Stairway's from the early 80's when Page was still flushing heroin out of his system?
