oh its an excellent riff alright, when you're the best riffmaker ever (tied with Iommi) , there are bound to be tons ....

I didnt mention BIGLY too , a big fave, or the simple riff of Tangerine , they're all awesome ....

That's definitely the holy trio, and I prefer Blackmore's riffs personally.

Beast, riff doesn't have to be at the start of the songs, the Dazed riff is at 1:12:

Yeah I'm with Wanted, a riff is a riff, it doesnt always have to be at the beginning.
That Dazed riff is kickass...
