Took 3 minutes to make me certain I was going to go see this movie. Looking back at it, it really isn't all that great a trailer (it runs through the entire movie scene by scene basically), but I don't think I was ever so gripped by one before, mainly when the Cash music hits.
If the whole trailer had just started about 1:05 in, it would have been so much better.

If certain things I've heard about Shame are true, this second trailer may be better than the film.

The original 1976 trailer for Star Wars has always been a personal favorite


Dr. Strangelove also had an eye-catching trailer


the trailer for "Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid" is as good of a parody of 30's, 40's and 50's trailers as the movie is a parody of noir film.
