Animated Shorts

I'm a big animation buff, and I love many of the classic shorts of the silent/golden eras of animation.

Wether it's the brilliant timing and sight gags of the Looney Toons, the childlike innocence and suberb craftmanship of the Disney shorts or the twisted surrealism of the Fleischer cartoons. They all pushed animation into brave new directions for the time.

Course this doesn't have to be limited to any particular era. I'm always interested in seeing great animation from the modern era.

This one is incredible. It won the Academy Award for Best Animated Short last year.

the title translates as "adam: five to twelve"; that's the only premise to keep in mind.
