listened to it last night, I'm not sure what I think about it. It seems like he was trying to take Kanye's MBDTF route and do something really personal, which I respect him for, but I have always preferred his lighter stuff. My least favorite part of the "Love King" album is the stretch of songs in the middle (starting right after "Yamaha") where he gets too sad. I dunno, I'm gonna sit with it.

I quite liked it on first listen. I don't know his other material nearly as well as I'd like so I'll get on that.

I would say any Kanye fan who liked 808s and Heartbreaks should check it out. It's the same kind of thing, just a really cold album dedicated to being sad.

You should definitely check out his 2009 album, Love vs. Money. It's probs his best.

I was absolutely convinced that a decent female-fronted rock/pop crossover was not possible (Case in point: Pink, Katy Perry, Kelly Clarkson, Avril Levine, the list goes on), but even I have to admit that this is awesome. Big proportion of English too:

I would definitely put the best of Pink over that song, although it was decent. Like A Pill, man. Continuing the great tradition of songs starting with "Like A".

True, Like A Pill is pretty good, but I'm not a fan of Raise Your Glass.

It's all about Family Portrait. It's just so relevant, man.

Just U + Ur Hand is catchy, as far as Pink's material goes

How this song isn't more popular than it currently is, is beyond me. New Zealand, I love you

Thoughts on Lana Del Rey? I think she's pretty damn good.

So good. I've just listened to it like 5 times in a row. She's a cutie too.

BEYONCE'S NEW SONG IS WAY TOO DOPE! by far the best radio-ready pop song of the year. I hope this blows up.
