Oh I see Avery already got to making a Soundgarden thread. I'll start to make a few more of the "Threads to Make" as well.

tyler is right, Ultramega OK should not be bold.

Superunknown: Orange
Badmotorfinger: Red
Louder Than Love & DOTU: Bold

I really like DOTU ... Even more than Badmotor... Although BMF has some classic SG songs! I guess i like the more laidback feel of that album and songs like Zero Chance, Dusty, Burden In My Hand, Boot Camp ,Tighter & Tighter & Overfloater are really a good buncha songs.
So im happy for Down...to be bolded but im not sure if this is a popular view. I look at this album similiarly to Faith No Mores last album....good swansongs but not popular enough to be highly rated.

Tier is good. Though personally I do prefer DotU to BMF.

This should be turned into a Soundgarden/Chris Cornell Projects thread. Could include Temple Of The Dog, Audioslave, and solo stuff.

Supposedly a live album is to be released in Spring of 2011, along with a B-side album sometime later. These things don't really get me excited much, as I've heard every B-side on every single that was released outside of the U.S. And I've heard atleast 75 bootlegs, so I wouldn't be surprised if everything released is shit I've heard already.

Boooooooooo.

I never understand why people get so excited over new compilations or live albums. It doesn't interest me one iota. I'd be interested in a new album and a tour, but new compilations and shit? Nah.

I'd love a B-sides album. Though a part of me (no pun intended) definitely wants to see another studio album, even if it'll probably be sub-par.

What an insane drumming performance. If this isn't "extreme" metal, then nothing is.
