This tier is done. Suggestions? I'm tempted to switch Scott 4 with Tilt for the orange, based on the reviews.

I think it's fine the way it is. Scott 4 is ranked higher on acclaimed music than Tilt is.

This album has one of the best A-Sides you'll ever hear. If you're a fan of David Bowie's Berlin trilogy you seriously owe it to yourself to listen to this. It's new wave, but it also has a lot of baroque pop tendencies and a lot of experimentation. Fans of the film 'Bronson' will recognize "The Electrician".
