What are the notes starting at 2:42? Reminds me a bit of Vedder by the way!

Also, what are the lowest notes in those George Michael links up there???

I’d like to know the highest note Sharleen Spiteri sings in this clip (maybe 2:05-2:25?):
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wi6NBS65Lg0

Can’t get to the piano to check it, and all I can figure out is that the highest parts are just above my range.

Thanks!

What's the lowest pitch this guy speaks in the first like 40 seconds here? His voice is just unbelievably deep.

How low does the part at 3:14 go? Doesn't sound like George Michael but he is portrayed singing it and the albu mcredits have nobody else in the song singing it. :freak:

Blocked dans my country :!:

Try this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HeTUP6Rb8ww

2:28 is the point where low passage starts: he slides to brief lows at some point, any idea what they are?

Edit: Ok, it's George, he does it live too:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S5IJyb2In58 at 2:58!

Oh hey I know this song... lows are solid G2s and some short F2s. Pretty good

Particularly the harmonies at 3:22.

G# i reckon

Sir, is this correct? I kinda thought she may be singing it a bit lower, but I can't figure out the harmonies.

Tarja is singing G#5 but the harmony is C#6... I think.

Starting at 4:50 there is some background mixed voice belting. What's the highest note there?

Trills up to B4...

Top notes are strained Bb4s, a bit like Vedder I guess but not so powerful...

Quiet clip but it sounds like his voice is pretty fryish... heard some G#1s, G1, maybe an F1?

What's the highest note in the background harmony? 1:22? And at 2:40? Sounds like a soft head voice to me.

2:16 - 2:38. What's the lowest note in the harmony? At around 2:37 there's a very low slide that I'm especially interested in. G1?

The lowest range I heard was around G2, was kinda hard to hear exactly what the lowest he hit was, but assuming he got down to the tonic note he would have hit a D2.

First post on here!

It's very dark and resonant which makes it sound lower.

The first one had those powerful C#5s, damn I love those notes.

Second one was great slide from A#4 to C5, good find!

Third one was great D#5, awesome!

I'll let somebody else check the final video but that was some awesome low singing by Khan! Judging by the original version, it could go down to D#2 if Khan sings it like Nick Cave.

Yeah, C#5 is definitely his signature note!

Great to find a fifth octave note from Richie!

And if C#5 is Jon's signature note, than Eb5 is Khan's! He hits them so cleanly...

Down to Eb2? That's some really nasty low singing then!
He already has some legit D2's on the new album I think! :parrot:
