Love Is the Plan, the Plan Is Death is definitely James Blackshaw's best album.

Lost is one of my favourite songs this year, but the rest of the album hasn't made much of an impression.

animal collective, grizzly bear, flying Lotus, ariel pink, four tet, wild nothing, jens lekman (!), Stars, Calexico, The xx, dino jr., menomena, earl sweat, and titus andronicus are all albums yet to be released or havent listened to yet. add avalanches and daft punk to that and you have my favorite year of music of the new millennium.

Every time I revisit Visions I think I'll finally be bored with it but I always end up liking it more and more.

Albums I've only listened to on my shitty laptop speakers because I forgot to bring my headphones while visiting my girlfriend this week and which I therefore can't probably rate but still really like:
Ne Obliviscaris - Portal of I
Swans - The Seer

Albums that I haven't truly digested but that seem to be fairly average or at least not spectacular releases by artists I otherwise love:
Passion Pit - Gossamer
The Tallest Man On Earth - There's No Leaving Now
Sigur Ros - Valtari

Albums I've fully digested and really enjoy:
Burial - Kindred EP
The xx - Coexist
Alcest - Le voyage de l'ame
Dead Can Dance - Anastasis
James Blackshaw - Love Is the Plan, the Plan Is Death

Not necessarily but you should check that out anyway, as well as this collab single which is still probably my favorite track of this year.
