Theresa Andersson - What Comes Next (Feat. Peter Moren)

Her voice reminds me of a less-good version of someone else, but I can't remember who. The way she piles words on top of one another is pretty annoying too. I just really don't like her voice, which is a shame because the song itself has some great instrumentation. It's like a '60s r&b influenced Feist. Peter Moren is useless. I think I'll revisit this song to see if I can get over my issues with her voice, because it's enjoyable otherwise.

Farewell Republic - Wake

This has a really great droning, guitar riff that kind of reminds me of My Bloody Valentine but still manages to rock out. I guess they kind of remind me of Surfer Blood or the Joy Formidable. Either way, I love this song and everything it does, even the random as fuck backward outro. If anybody is into loud indie rock or shoegaze you should check this out.
