Yes, they don't get nearly as much negative attention as they deserve. They are talented musicians, for sure, but that doesn't change the fact that their music is... :ugh:

That's probably Santana's worst musical moment. Not just an album of cover songs, but an album of such mediocre, untouched covers. Straight to the trash bin.

I have a hard time working out which track is the worst. My first thoughts were the cover of T-Rex' Get It On (Bang a Gong to the prudish US Market)

I could change my mind, but that would mean listening to the album again, and I'm afraid I just can't do that ....

Just to be pedantic, the title of the T. Rex song wasn't changed because of prudishness. There was just another hit out at the time called "Get It On" by a group called Chase.

Brett - thats not pedantic at all. Its just something I have thought to be the case for many years (since it came out in fact). There does seem to be conflicting comments around, but your info looks solid !!
