Uh yeah, Reverend Bizarre used to be one of the more popular metal bands on DDD. Very few people here still listen to metal regularly though. Shape of Despair is pretty fantastic, have y'all heard of Nortt? If you like funeral doom that makes you wanna die, you'll LOVE Nortt!

That's more like it. I love me some old school metal lately. Do you know how to embed youtube vids though NiggaCreep? Has anyone here listened to the band Blackwater Park? Obviously Opeth were big fans, and for good fucking reason.

Band: Dethlehem
Genre: Power/death metal


I go to school in Pittsburgh and Dethlehem is probably the most popular underground metal band from around here. They tend to open at a lot of local venues. Their shows are like GWAR playing power metal at times.

I've heard their name floating around places but finally listened to Woods of Infinity. Pretty raw, weird black metal.

That's the band that has the guy from Dinosaur Jr. on drums. Their first album is pretty good.
